These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ali.realtor (the "Site"), operated by Ali Bolourchi, Broker with REMAX® Your Community Realty Inc., Brokerage ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

The Site is provided for consumers with a bona fide interest in the purchase, sale, or lease of real estate. You agree to use the Site, its search tools, and its listing content only for that purpose, and not for any commercial data-scraping, resale, or other unauthorized use.

MLS® Listing Data

Listing data displayed on the Site is supplied in part through the MLS® Reciprocity program of the PropTx MLS®. Listing information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed accurate and may change or be withdrawn without notice. Display of a listing on this Site does not constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy, and does not constitute full access to the MLS System. Property availability, pricing, and details should be independently verified.

No Real Estate or Financial Advice

Tools on the Site, including the Mortgage Calculator, Home Evaluation, and First-Time Home Buyer Eligibility Quiz, provide general estimates for informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for advice from a licensed mortgage professional, lawyer, accountant, or real estate broker, and results should not be relied upon as a guarantee of loan approval, property value, or program eligibility. Accounts

Limitation of Liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
